About Infovalley
Infovalley Educational and Research (P) Ltd the was incorporated on the 1st of October 2002 under companies’ act 1956. The objective of the Company is to impart quality training and consultancy to promote teaching, training and research in the Educational Sector and bring in change in the conventional educational system to generate employability in India & SE Asia.
From being a skill-based training provider in vocational education for employment generation to promotions of educational institutions to research and consultancy in Quality Enhancement System, the company has branched out into several other successful brands & services under it.
In the year 2006, Infovalley Educational & Research (P) Ltd., established the Brand “Jettwings Institute of Aviation & Hospitality Management” – a Premier Institute of Aviation, Hospitality Tourism and Management. Jettwings is the first ever private, non-aided professional training provider in Aviation & Hospitality Sector that originated from the Northeast India that quickly expanded its footprint across India & South East Asia by training and placing students Nationally and Globally through its various campuses across major cities.
Training Programs
Voice Process
Our training modules are developed in key areas such as language correction course, neutralizing mother tongue influence, MTI, and regulating rate of speech. These will be followed by a more advanced and vigorous training format that will include crucial areas like developing customer centric attitude; process ownership, understanding the essentials of telephone etiquette, improving listening, advanced techniques to improve resolution of issues: listening, probing, questioning, resolving, paraphrasing, closing, service no, etc. The training module shall shed light on overall customer management under critical situations.
Non-voice Process
Our non-voice training module covers basics of English language, making ‘reading ability’ and comprehension more deducible that is combined with basic computer skills such as MS Office (Master Level), email writing training which will cover a wide range of aspects like writing attractive subject lines for better open rate, and email body composition for improved CTRs.
On-the-floor Coaching and Mentoring
“On-the-floor Coaching and Mentoring” is another jewel in the crown that is aimed to develop a candidate’s customer relationship management skills by building effective custom-handling on calls; develop ownership and empathy for enhanced customer service experience. Adding to our comprehensive training module are various other skills like listening quotient along with listen to different accents, developing the ability to think logically, quickly and clearly and removing notions and assumptions while dealing with customer issues etc. This will ensure a complete training package essential for all voice and non-voice processes relevant to the IT/ITES industry.
